About the role

Our Front of House team plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and accessible experience for visitors attending exhibitions, performances, and special events at the CACNO.

What you’ll do

• Welcome visitors and answer questions
• Assist with ticketing and gallery operations
• Support exhibitions, performances, and special events
• Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
• An appreciation for arts and culture
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability (required)
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or cultural institutions is a plus
